My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable due to the beautiful beach and its lush grounds, but the dining experience left much to be desired. While the rooms were spacious and had a lovely ocean view, they felt slightly outdated for a 5-star endorsement. On the bright side, the staff were attentive and the spa facilities were excellent. However, the food quality needs significant improvement.

We spent a lovely Christmas holiday at this resort, and while there were some great moments, there were definitely areas that need improvement. The resort itself is beautiful and family-friendly, especially with the water slides, but we encountered some flaws in service and room quality that detracted from our experience.
