dated suite stained chairs

I swam daily in their pool. I appreciated the large pools, where one can do some longer swims.

Our room did not correspond with the pictures on the website. It was a Veranda Suite, it looked dated and crampy. The building itself needs a total refurbishment in my view (it's just my opinion). Some furnitures were not cleaned properly and some of the chairs were stained.

grateful christmas getaway

warm hospitality sports facilities excellent service

we spent several nights over christmas. the resort includes all facilities. we spent days relaxing, enjoying food, and receiving warm hospitality from staff. anton and stewart cared well for children, showing them the sports facilities. they also explained snorkeling, archery, and mini golf.

during peak season, the restaurants could be quite busy. early planning helped us navigate this aspect smoothly (making reservations early is useful).

the room featured clean sheets, thanks to the housekeepers. our minibar was replenished daily. elver, the housekeeper, ensured we had a comfortable and well-kept space for our stay. the room was always neat.

the food at the restaurants was perfect. i especially enjoyed fried squid from buko. the server remembered our preferred poolside seating (great personal touch). he also catered to our special requests frequently.

there was a christmas fair where staff did hair braids and nail art. my girl was thrilled (such a nice treat). the pools and beach were beautiful and well-kept. the arcade e-zone offered indoor entertainment.

delicious buffet filipino dishes international choices

The breakfast buffet is delicious with many options. traditional filipino dishes and international choices were available. i appreciated rea and gerald. They were kind and ensured i had everything i needed. i look forward to returning soon.

the gym could benefit from updated equipment. some machines showed signs of wear. i think that some improvements can be done.

the resort features a large pool area with several interconnected pools. i noticed approximately twenty loungers and a shaded section near the main pool. there is also a kids' club with scheduled activities throughout the day.

the hotel includes four restaurants, each offering a different cuisine. the main restaurant, tides, features an extensive buffet with both local and international options. there is also a chinese restaurant and a seafood grill.

delicious pastries attentive service respectful staff

The breakfast buffet had many options (the pastries were good). I especially liked the attentive service. Staff knew my coffee order after the first day. The aqua restaurant features respectful staff. I always got my preferred window seat. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. The hotel provided a sawing kit.

The gym only has two stationary bikes.
